Trial Visits – Part 1
Do you have a trial visit program at your community?
Here’s the latest, I recently heard about a community that recently started having prospects visit for a few days and they’ve had everyone who tried it end up moving in. Previous to hearing about this, I’ve heard of 66% to 80% conversion rates of trial visits to move ins.
So, if you don’t have a Trial Visit program for prospects, better get one now! More on this later.
