It’s the Season
It’s officially the home-selling season! May traditionally is the month when home buyers, especially those with families, begin looking for new homes. They want to get settled before the next school year starts.
So, are you prepared to help your prospects get ready to sell their houses this summer and move to your community?
Do you have information for them that shows them it’s a good time to sell their house?
Do you have information for them that helps them see the financial advantages of selling now vs. waiting even longer?
And, do you have the best Realtors, move-organizers, stagers and other professionals lined up and ready to help your prospects?
If you answered no to any of these questions, then you are not as ready as you need to be for what I predict will be the best home selling season for the last 3 years.
